The Trust gives notice that it will hold elections to the Council of Governors of the Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust.
Elections are to be held for the following positions:
1 Public Governor in the Ripon and West District constituency
1 Staff Governor in the Nursing and Midwifery constituency
A nomination form to stand for election to these positions can be obtained from the Returning Officer at the address shown below.
All nomination papers should be received by the Returning Officer, Ciara Norris, at the address as detailed below, by 5pm on Tuesday 30th April 2013.

Faxed or emailed nominations will not be accepted.
Should any nominee wish to withdraw their nomination, they must put this in writing to the returning officer by 5pm on Friday 3rd May 2013.
Ballot papers will be distributed to qualifying members on Thursday 23rd May 2013. Completed ballot papers must be received by the Independent Scrutineer by 5pm on Tuesday 18th June 2013.
