Hand Clinic

 What we do

Specialist occupational therapists and physiotherapists work together to provide assessment, diagnosis and treatment for patients following hand surgery or trauma.

This may include:

  • Passive and active exercise or activity to improve range of movement, strength and function
  • Provision of home exercise plans
  • Advice about return to usual daily activities
  • Preparation for return to work
  • Splinting for protection and correction of position
  • Scar management

Desensitisation programmes

When we are open

The joint clinics are held on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 8.30am - 1pm.

Who you will meet

Senior specialist physiotherapist, senior specialist occupational therapist, therapy students and reception staff.
