If you have any queries about your appointment date and/or time the Appointment Centre will be able to assist (01423) 553373. The Appointment Centre is open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

How to cancel or change an appointment
If you are not able to keep your appointment, it is vital to tell us as soon as possible so that your appointment can be given to another patient.
Please contact the hospital using the telephone number on your appointment letter or card.
If you do not have a letter or appointment card, then call our Appointment Centre on (01423) 553373. The Appointment centre is open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
If you have made your appointment via Choose and Book you can also log on to the Choose and Book website using the password and booking reference given to change your appointment or by phoning 03456 088888.
To cancel or change a Radiology appointment please call the Radiology Appointment Line (01423) 553148 or (01423) 553718.
To cancel or change a Therapy Services appointment please call the Therapy Services Department on (01423) 553472.
Cancellations by us
The Trust endeavours not to cancel or change appointments, but medical emergencies and unforeseen circumstances mean that we sometimes have to cancel appointments. If this happens, we apologise for any inconvenience caused and will arrange a new appointment for you as soon as possible.
Appointment Reminder Service
We use a telephone system to remind patients of their appointment date and time. We will normally remind you around a week before your appointment is due. Please contact the Appointment Centre on (01423) 553373 if you do not want to be reminded about your appointments.
If we have your mobile number we will send you a text message reminding you of the date and time of your appointment. If we only have a land line number you will receive an automated telephone call reminding you of the date and time of your appointment.
How to update your details
If you have changed address, GP, telephone number or your name please contact the Index Department on (01423) 553377. The Index Department is open from 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
