Governor meetings

Members of the public are welcome to attend our quarterly Council of Governors’ meetings to receive an update on how the Trust is performing, hear about Governor’s activities and see presentations from Trust staff.

We welcome questions from the public or members of the Trust; these should be addressed to the Chair along with confirmation of attendance at the meeting and sent to [email protected] no less than 24 hours prior to the meeting.

Upcoming meetings

Council of Governor Meetings

  • Wednesday 4 December 2024

It is currently planned to hold all Council of Governor meetings on site at Harrogate District Hospital.  However, in order to be as inclusive as possible, members of the public are invited to observe the public section of the meeting either in person or on Teams.  If you would like to observe one of the meetings, please contact [email protected] a minimum of 24hours in advance of a meeting in order that we can ensure the correct link or notification of venue within the hospital is sent to you.

Unless otherwise advertised, the Council of Governor Meetings held in public will commence at 3:30pm and it is anticipated that they will finish at about 5.30pm.

The agenda and papers for the meetings will be uploaded on this web page approximately 5 days prior to the meeting.
