I grew up in Harrogate and York before studying medicine at the University of Liverpool, graduating in 2001. After a year of working at Townsville Hospital, Queensland, Australia, I returned to Yorkshire to undertake basic surgical and higher urology training.
In 2014, I was appointed as a Consultant Urologist at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust. In addition to treating a wide range of general urological conditions, I have developed a sub-specialty interest in minimally invasive (endoscopic) surgery to treat urinary tract stones and benign prostate enlargement.
Away from work, I enjoy spending time with my three young children, and am partial to a round of golf when time allows.
