Healthy Child Programme

We provide 0-19 children’s services as part of the Healthy Child Programme (HCP) in North Yorkshire, Darlington, County Durham, Middlesbrough, Stockton-on-Tees, Gateshead and Sunderland. The services are mainly made up of health visitors, public health nurses (school nurses) and community staff nurses.
