I qualified in medicine in 2003 from the University of Glasgow. I undertook my paediatric training predominantly in West Yorkshire, and developed a special interest in both respiratory paediatrics and neurodisability. I was appointed to this post on completion of my registrar training in October 2015.
Away from work, I enjoy travelling, skiing, music and spending time with my twin sons.
