If you’re visiting or staying at Ripon Community Hospital, there is a wide range of food, drink and shopping options available to you.

On the Hospital site, our kitchens provide sandwiches, scones and drinks, as well as hot meals which need to be booked in advance. Ripon offers a variety of cuisines, with chain restaurants such as Prezzo and So! Bar & Eats just a short walk from the Hospital in the Market Square. Other restaurants close-by include:

Lockwoods – 6 minute walk

Lockwoods offers brunch, lunch and dinner, as well as providing an early-bird menu and dedicated menus for children and vegans. The restaurant is open Tuesday to Sundays.

Just a short walk from the Hospital, Harpers offers a variety of seafood and non-fish dishes. Takeaway is also available. Opening hours are Sun – Wed: 11.30am – 8.00pm; Thu, Fri, Sat: 11.30am – 9.00pm

Just a three minute walk from Ripon Community Hospital is the market square. Here you’ll find a variety of shops and facilities, including several ATMs, Boots and WHSmith. On the other side of the square is a large Sainsbury’s and a pay-and-display car park.
