Dr Emery is a Consultant Anaesthetist who graduated from the School of Medicine at the University of Leeds and completed his anaesthesia training in the Yorkshire region. His subspecialty interests include short-stay surgery (day surgery and enhanced recovery), regional anaesthesia, and obstetric anaesthesia.
He has a strong interest in medical education, particularly in obstetric anaesthesia and maternity services, and is actively involved in simulation-based teaching.
Outside of clinical work, Will enjoys sport and exercise—particularly indoor rowing and resistance training—as well as house renovation projects. He is also the founder of Health Service Travel, a company dedicated to making travel more affordable for healthcare professionals.
