Join our vigorous and forward-thinking Board of Directors

We are seeking to appoint a Director with a minimum of three years’ very senior management experience. We particularly welcome applications from those who have a track record of workforce innovation, collaboration and partnership working. The appointment will be from early September 2018.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and will have a demonstrable track record of working as part of a cohesive team as well as an understanding of, and commitment to, the values of accountability, good governance, probity, openness and equality of opportunity.

You will be a strategic thinker and experienced in leading and delivering complex organisational change.

Your excellent communication and listening skills will be complemented by you being politically astute and well-versed in the NHS environment and current issues.

You will be responsible for an HR workforce of approximately 70 staff.

This is an exciting role in a vibrant environment, providing a challenging yet highly rewarding opportunity to the right individual. The post is full-time, with an attractive salary commensurate with the role.

The post holder must comply with the requirements of the Fit and Proper Person’s Test.
