Kevin uses his skills as a Programme Director both within the NHS and private sector companies, to ensure the best possible service for patients and work environment for management and staff.
He is experienced at leading projects, making sure they are fulfilled and the best value for money. In using this knowledge of change management, as well as an in-depth understanding of IT-enabled projects, he is able to ensure the Board obtain the appropriate assurances about the services offered.
Kevin has been actively involved in charity work, both as a trustee and also fundraising.
