Mike is well-versed in the challenges that face board directors in the NHS and recognises the need to support and help improve the service for both patients and practitioners. Additionally, he brings his experiences of the private sector to his work as a governor.

Mike is keen to ensure that there is transparency in monitoring and reporting of local health service provision, ensuring that services adopt and adapt the latest techniques, technology and data sharing to achieve the best patient outcome.
