I qualified in medicine at the University of Sheffield in 1997 and worked as a junior doctor in the region. After completing my MRCP, I worked in Australia for one year. Upon my return to the UK, I trained as a registrar in both diabetes and endocrinology, and general medicine on the West Yorkshire rotation.
I have been a Consultant at Harrogate District Hospital since 2008.
