I have specialist interests in obstetric anaesthesia and major orthopaedic anaesthesia, in particular providing anaesthesia for arthroplasty including revision arthroplasty.
I have been the Clinical Lead for Obstetric Anaesthesia since my appointment in 2003 and I am currently Clinical Lead for the Department of Anaesthesia (from 2014).
My outside interests include cycling, snowboarding and Incan matrimonial head masks.
