I qualified in medicine at the University of Malta in 1992. I worked as a resident doctor in Malta and then trained in Histopathology and Cytopathology in the West Midlands Deanery. My first consultant post was in Redditch, Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, between 2004 and 2016. I started working at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust in 2016. I am the specialty lead in Histopathology and the pathology lead in the Breast Multidisciplinary Team.
