Dr Louise Mundy qualified from the University of Cambridge in 2013, having obtained an intercalated degree in Natural Sciences (Pathology) alongside her medical qualification.
She moved to Yorkshire to take up her first job, fell in love with the region, and has remained there ever since.
During her training in acute medicine, she developed a special interest in palliative care. She continues to spend part of her time working with the community palliative care team alongside her role in acute medicine.
