I qualified in Medicine at the University of Leeds in 2012 and completed my Foundation Training in West Yorkshire before taking up an Emergency Medicine registrar post in Melbourne, Australia for two years.
On return to the UK, I enrolled on the Core Medicine Training scheme before specialising in palliative medicine through the specialist palliative medicine training scheme in West Yorkshire working in various settings including hospices, community and hospital.
I completed my specialist training in January 2023 and took up the post of locum Consultant at HDFT in July 2023. I work at Harrogate District Hospital and St Michael’s Hospice in Harrogate.
