Granby Ward is a 22 bedded ward specialising in providing inpatient care for adults with stroke and neurology conditions.

Due to the impact of planning for Coronavirus, visiting times have changed. Click here for the latest news.

We are a dedicated team, including stroke nurses who provide acute assessment of patients with stroke symptoms in the Emergency Department, 24 hours a day. This service enables us to provide thrombolysis, if appropriate, for certain types of stroke.

We have a dedicated team of doctors and work closely with other members of our multi-disciplinary team to provide high standards of patient care.

We want to make you feel as comfortable as possible when you visit our wards, and all our staff aim to adhere to our values of Kindness Integrity, Teamwork and Equality.
