Staff, patients, members of the public and stakeholders are being encouraged to join Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust’s Annual Members’ Meeting on Monday 21 September 2026 to hear about the future of local healthcare and help shape the Trust’s plans for the years ahead.
Taking place in the Derwent Room at The Pavilions of Harrogate, Great Yorkshire Showground, Harrogate, HG2 8NZ, the event offers the chance to hear how the Trust has performed over the past year and learn about its plans for the future.
Registration opens at 4.30pm, with refreshments and networking opportunities available before the formal meeting begins at 5pm. The event will conclude at 7pm.
This year’s theme, “10 Year Plan”, will showcase how colleagues across the Trust continue to improve patient care, develop services and support communities across Harrogate, North Yorkshire and beyond.
Guests will hear about some of the Trust’s key achievements from 2025/26, as well as the difference these improvements have made for patients, service users and local communities.
Attendees will also hear about the challenges and opportunities facing local healthcare services, the Trust’s priorities for the year ahead and the work taking place to ensure patients continue to receive safe, compassionate and high-quality care.
Attendees will also be able to visit information stands showcasing services from across the Trust and speak directly with the teams delivering care.
The evening will give attendees the chance to meet HDFT Governors, Directors and staff from across the organisation, while also learning more about Foundation Trust membership and how local people can help influence healthcare services in their communities.

We want as many people as possible to join us, whether you are a member of staff, patient, volunteer, Foundation Trust member, partner organisation or local resident.
