Across Harrogate and Rural District area we are constantly trying to improve the quality of care we deliver and we use feedback from patients and their families to help us do this.
One area that is very important to us is the quality of the care of dying patients, and the care given to their families and friends.
To find out more about this, we ask for the views of people who have been close to someone who has died. We ask about the care the patient received in the last days of life, in whatever setting they were cared for (hospital, home, care home or hospice), and the support their family and friends received.
