We investigate and treat a wide spectrum of urological cancers, including:
The Urology cancer service is made up of a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) who work together to identify the best course of treatment for each patients. More information on Multidisciplinary Teams can be found by following this link. We also work with the urology team based at Leeds Teaching Hospitals.
The service incorporates both inpatient and outpatient facilities at Harrogate District Hospital, as well as outpatient services at health centres in Wetherby, Yeadon and Leeds.

Meet our Macmillan Urology Clinical Nurse Specialist team:
Our nurse specialists have experience in cancer nursing and specialise in the care and support of patients with a urological disease and their families and carers. The Team comprises clinical nurse specialists and a care co-ordinator who work closely with the urology consultants involved in the patient’s care. Our nurse specialist team are:
