We provide a range of community services in Harrogate and the local area as well as across North Yorkshire and Leeds. We also provide children’s services in Teesside, County Durham and Tyne and Wear.
Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust employs more than 4,000 people, caring for a wide range of people providing essential hospital treatments as well as community health services.
Our purpose is to improve the health and wellbeing of our patients, children and communities, and our Strategy sets the future direction of our Trust to further improve on the high quality health and wellbeing service we provide.
We publish various annual reports and accounts that give an overview of the year and set out ways for us to continually improve.
We are committed to quality and safety, both in our hospitals and in the community, and aim to be as transparent as possible about how we’re doing.
Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust is a large organisation with one overriding principle: You Matter Most.
We are required by HM Treasury to publish details of all payments or other such transactions that are over £25,000.
