Dr Anum Sheikh is a Consultant in Diabetes and Endocrinology at Harrogate District Hospital, providing specialist care for patients with diabetes and a wide range of endocrine disorders. Her particular interests include diabetes technology, antenatal diabetes, obesity and weight management, adrenal disorders, and thyroid disease.
She completed her specialist training in Endocrinology, Diabetes and General Internal Medicine through the East of England Deanery, with the majority of her training undertaken at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge, a nationally recognised tertiary referral centre for endocrine disorders. Dr Sheikh was awarded her Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in 2023.
