Our partnership with Health Education Yorkshire and Humber provides training opportunities for medical staff across all training grades. Each year, more than 100 students complete their training rotations with us.
We have a range of facilities and resources available to support the development of our medical staff. These include a clinical skills laboratory, a simulation laboratory, an on-site library and an education centre.

Certificate of Eligibility for Specialist Registrations (CESR) in Emergency Medicine
This programme has been specifically developed for doctors with previous experience in emergency medicine to allow them to develop their career through a specific and supported training programme. The programme comprises rotations in both emergency medicine and related specialties, such as paediatrics, acute medicine and anaesthetics. Participants on this programme will receive teaching, aligned to the ACCS curriculum, but will also have the opportunity to take part in additional training and self-directed learning.
