At HDFT, we have seven staff network groups that employees are welcome to join at any time. They are an inclusive safe space for those people who are looking for support, friendship and understanding by meeting like-minded people.

Each network is sponsored by a director of the Trust, and all are supported by the Non-Executive Director, (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusivity Champion) demonstrating our commitment to the EDI agenda.
