Kelsey consistently goes above and beyond in her work with both staff and patients. She has played a key leadership role in the successful implementation of the new Janus Tap system across the hospital site, demonstrating exceptional initiative, dedication, and professionalism. Kelsey has worked collaboratively with a wide range of departments, offering clear guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition. Her commitment to fairness and equality has been evident throughout this process—she ensures that every member of staff, regardless of role or experience, receives the same level of support, training, and access to the new system. As a result of her efforts, the office is now providing a much more streamlined and efficient service for all staff across the Trust
